Do Bikesure always give a discount?

Just checking if Bikesure always give a discount as I just renewed, added a another bike on my multi policy and let them know I am a member here. No discount though, ended up the same price I was quoted before letting them know of my membership.

I have just looked in the "Members Discount" thread on this site and I didn't see it listed?
