50% of the population is of below average intelligence - can that be true?

Logic says 49.9%. Have you been listening to LBC Brockett? There was a bloke on James O'Brien show wanted to know where he got that 'statistic' from.  lol
So how's it going so far then?

I really don't know, I'm in the bottom 5% and know very little.   :groan:  :thumb:

I blame the Russians, they get blamed for everything. The word for bad people used to be Communism but now it seems to be Russia. Maybe being treated as bad by much of the world makes them hard?  :) :thumb:

Brockett, have a look at the KTM.UK forum and your statistic is looking on the brighter side of things.
To be happy, I don't need private helicopters,a Florida house or a yacht. I'm fine with my motorcycle,a trip to a forest in Bavaria and some lunch money.

I think what is more amazing is by extrapolation 50% of the population is above average intelligence.

Yeah! that's the thing about averages, they are always in the middle.

In the war between knowledge and belief, statistics can be a useful weapon against opinion.

Rather annoyingly as those below average manage to increase their achievements to get closer to it the average goes up   :GRR:
Maybe an alternative strategy is to shoot all the smart arses.
Some of us might even become above average without doing a thing.
