Chain tensioner

Can the timing chain tensioner make a slight ticking noise in a new engine? I have heard of several such cases.

I'm not sure how a cam chain tensioner would make a noise. A tensioner that wasn't working would or could cause cam chain noise.
I know you've discussed this before but I don't know what the outcome was.
Have you got or got access to an auto stethoscope. If not a long screwdriver may suffice. Either with the stethoscope or the metal part of the screwdriver rested on the area concerned, have a good listen. The screwdriver handle will need to be next to your ear.
Listen to front and rear cylinders, any difference.
I presume these are spring loaded adjusters? I've never studied them.
Have a good listen and report back. Why aren't the dealers sorting this out?
Sorry if we're covering old ground.

Have you changed the oil since new, what's the mileage, if you've changed the oil what did you put in. Did you change the filter?

I changed the oil and filter. I've done 2000 kilometers so far.

Was it making the noise before the oil change?
If not, what oil and filter did you use?

The noise started from the first kilometer of the motorcycle. I changed the original oil and original filter and the noise remained the same.

OK.
We can discount that.
Get the screwdriver or stethoscope onto the adjuster areas, are they making the same noise? If the noise isn't coming from there try to track it down by listening with the screwdriver or more technical method until the problem area is found.
