webike
« on: October 08, 2024, 16:10:58 »
As some of you may recall my bike went on its side last week.  :bawl:
I ordered the parts to fix it from Japan: https://japan.webike.net/ I've used them before and their service is worthy of mention.
I placed the order Sunday 29th Sept and they said on the website that it would leave on the 2nd of October. It did and I tracked it right up to when when it was delivered today.
Included is a new panel, about about £57 easily twice that bought locally.
An S badge for the panel, a tenner and as I removed the handguards I got the correct shorter lever pivot bolts and a rubber gaitor thingy for the clutch lever / cable all for about £6. Easily £30 bought locally.
Delivery £25.
Very pleased, very good service. You don't have to spend much to justify the extra in delivery charges. They also have used parts.

Have used Webike at least 4 times over the years, service is always spot on.

The last order had quite a few parts that were aftermarket (as Honda had stopped making them), and they even went to the effort to write on the Honda part numbers on the packets as well as the aftermarket numbers. Top notch.

I always keep a list of bits that I can wait for so that I can justify the delivery costs.
