Not that I ever really left, but 2 kids puts a dampener on getting out on the bike socially, and pretty much any free time whatsoever.
I've been commuting daily between my town of penises and Sheffield, my bike never missing a beat. However, I had a minor bump a few weeks back, got rear ended at a T-junction, bikes been with the insurance company for the last 3 and a half weeks. I've been given a NC750S in the meantime, OK bike, weird but useful trunk in the usual fuel tank spot, but I've definitely missed the Strom with its wind protection and heated grips. Had a text today from my insurance about a payout from the 3rd party for my bike, which has me concerned that mine may be a write off! Need to call later to get the details, but that led me to AutoTrader which had a bike with a forum sticker on which brought me back here!
Hope everyone is well and no doubt I'll be more active as I try and fettle the new bike and get it so it's almost exactly like the old one, assuming I'm getting a new on that is....
