On my second set of Anakee Adventures and my missus runs them on her GS as well. They still felt fine in the wet when they were on the wear 3 bars. Noise is hard to comment on, I don't think I have ever been able to hear a tyre over wind and exhaust noise with ear plugs in. I got 8k out of my first rear and swapped the pair. Over 5k on the new set, rear wearing nicely, front like new.
They'll be more than you need off road, they're more than I need even for mild green lanes but it's nice to have grip in hand.

Thanks for the feed back, after looking at all the tyres in my size I will pop down to my local dealer for some prices on the Anakee Adventure, Pirelli Scorpion Trail 2 and the Conti Trail Attack 3.

If it's not enough to compare thoughts for any tyre choice it's certainly more difficult when Suzuki throw a spanner in your spokes. In the end though you'll come down to your own satisfactory choice. I dumped the Trailwings on my Glee when the rear was pierced by a shard of metal similar to that which brought the Concorde down. (No blame on the tyre for that, only the motorway crew and who dropped it earlier.)

It was a comfort move, the TW's didn't have a big vote of confidence which ran through a lot of posts in this Forum. (No fault of the Forum!)

Hoping the desired tyre comes your way....anyone.
So how's it going so far then?

I wonder if the tyre company will be required to compensate Suzuki?
This doesn't last forever, so do it while you can.
