Very good condition for 19 years old, not perfect, but very very good.
I have owned this bike since 6/4/18. I am the 4th owner. V5 present in my name and address.
When I bought the bike the mileage was 17503. As of today (28/6/24) the mileage is 19583.
The bike has covered just over 2000 miles since I have owned it. The mileage might increase slightly over the next week or so.
MOT valid until 15/7/25 with no advisories. Old MOT certificates present dating back to 2014.
Copy of Experian vehicle check report that I did when I bought it included. All clear.
Alpha Dot registered too, which can be transferred in to new keepers details (fee for doing this)
Service History – Apart from the very first service, 589 miles on the 8/12/05 this bike has been owner serviced. When I bought it the previous owner, along with his motorcycle mechanic friend had done a major service including valves and fork seals. No proof or evidence of this.
Since I have owned the bike I have done the following :
Annual basic services including oil and filter changes
Lockdown April '20 - I replaced the little bit of fuel pipe on the throttle body as it developed an intermitent leak along with the correct fuel hose clamps. New clutch cable fitted also.
November '21 - New battery
July '22 - Dunlop Meridian tyres fitted (pair) including new valves.
Bike is fitted with a :
DL1000 seat, ever so slightly taller and broader than a standard 650 seat. Very comfy.
Givi crash bars
Givi pannier rack, along with 2 Kappa panniers (k960n / 44ltr) with 4 keys
Givi top box plate, along with Givi E52 top box with 2 keys
