I bought a starter relay from this company (I used eBay). They sent the wrong part so I telephoned them and told them what they sent was wrong (although it looked almost identical and was listed for my bike) and then told them what I need. A new and correct part arrived the next day with no further cost and they let me keep the first one sent.
It's not about the mistakes we make, it's what we do about them.
