Just bought a DL250 in Roskilde, Denmark. Think You are right. Only spotted one bike like mine. Parked at the dealer in Roskilde, red version.

Unfortunately I have no mechanical knowledge at all.

See You in Denmark perhaps.

Situated in northern Zeeland, Nivå

I would imagine that the turn signal / indicator relay is mounted somewhere under the seat, as is the case with other model V-Stroms.
Perhaps post a pix of the various relays near the battery, so that someone may be able to help identify the said relay?
The other alternative is to switch on the indicator and feel / listen which relay is switch on and off. The bike ignition has to be on but engine off or you may not hear the relay.
I don't think that the parts list will show the exact location of the relay, https://www.v-strom.co.uk/downloads/DL250-parts.pdf
