Real racing parts are generally designed for short term, often single use, so not always a smart move for a road bike despite the allure of the promise of more speed & power. Titanium itself is soft so you need to be sure whatever alloy you're sold is suitable for high tensile usage. In general though, swapping to titanium on a road bike is a fashion statement rather than a need to save a few grams, so bolts for that market are often designed with form over function in mind. Think of it as buying Roquefort to replace the Tesco white label blue that Suzuki used: still cheese, you just spent more on it.
One advantage of titanium though, is that it is closer to aluminium than iron in terms of reactivity so less likely to cause differential corrosion in your calipers.
