Only if it has a restricted ECU.

See if you can find the Part Number on that.

Ntik, you are looking for any code / number that may be either stamped / engraved on the ECU?

Go and talk to your Suzuki bike dealer. Ask them and they will confirm what you have.

The A2 limit in the UK is 35kW (usually works out around 47bhp). So my guess is that the bike is limited on power. And if purchased from a dealer especially for the lower power, it will have 35kw on the frame tag.

licence categories are restricted and age limited:

AM esentially mopeds with design speed of 25-45kph. 16 y.o.
A1 motorcycles up to 125cc. 18 y.o.
A2 motorcycles not exceeding 35kW. 20 y.o.

A strange mix of categorisation. Begs the question if you can ride anything over 35kW...........

Ntik, are you riding on a Greek licence or do you have a permit from outside Greece?
So how's it going so far then?

We will need a picture of the coding on your ECU.

I would take it back to the dealer and explain that you did not want a restricted bike and ask them to correct it, because changing the ECU is expensive, but they might have a standard one on the shelf from a bike that had to be reduced in power.

Even if they change the ecu the vin will still show 35kw. The dealer should have made it clear the bike for sale was for restricted licences. In either case I would get clarification from the dealer. It's a new bike.

This label is for noise level homolgation info only. Top homolgation for full power version, bottom line for the 35 kw version. In this case the noise level is the same as 86 dB @4400rpm.
