I would opt for supporting your local supplier. Buying local, you aught to receive quicker delivery, able to talk one on one if any queries / help required and from what I have read so far, there have been good reports on the Cosmo stands. While the other suppliers also have good products, any communication with them will either be via third party, on-line or telephonic. Just so much better to be able to talk face to face to sort out any queries, in my opinion. However, if they don't have stock, then whomever has stock and can deliver quickly for the best price.

Cosmo stands fit great and are good value.  Fitting instructions are on their website, not in the box.

I've just ordered the cosmo stand, £99.60 Delivered. There's a V-Strom Uk members discount code which will save you a couple of quid.
Will take a pic when it arrives.

Mine is arriving today also. I expect as it cost £15 more it will be better than yours. 😂

 no doubt it will be. Maybe you'll have an extra layer of bubble wrap.

Bubble wrap? Is that cockney rhyming slang for the man who packed it?

It's possible, we'd have to ask Qqwakboy.

All fitted. Took 30 minutes. I had to remove the  mounts from a previous stand, that must have been removed by a previous owner.
The QR code for fitting instructions took me to a bash plate, but the instructions are listed on Cosmo's website.

Identify and keep the surplus mounts, there's usually someone who bought a used stand minus mounts.

Well good old dhl! Said delivery would be yesterday, then today, then cancelled because “premises closed” yeah right. My house is boarded up, which is why they left no card presumably. Liars all of them. And no way of contacting them.

That's a shame Mac1. Hope it arrives tomorrow. Any details on the email to contact them? Mine was a day early!

:) I didn't notice that. If I could get a body suit in the same pattern I could lay on the floor undetected.

All fitted and hunky dory! I note that you only used one spring weestrom. I have fitted both springs. Maybe that’s why mine cost £15 more. lol

Well done you two!

I saw the one spring and thought not to comment.

If it's any consolation I thought I'd get my centre stand (in 2015) from my local bike shop. It is an SW Motech, excellent quality and easy to fit like yours. I believe the two springs are gold though, it cost me nearly 200€!  :shy:
So how's it going so far then?
