I've just bought a Powerbronze Carbonfibre look and it looks well made and covers a lot of the rear. Well it looks like it will when I get around to fit it over the winter.

Givi, works well protecting the shock etc., no issues in 14 months
If you ignore your teeth, eventually they’ll go away

My Givi rear hugger is now 6 years old. Moved it from my previous '14 model to my actual '18 model. It does the job but it cracked by the bolt hole on the right side, where it bolts to swing arm. It has never been over-tight. It cracked because of vibrations. It happened 3 years ago. I patched it and it still works. I'd never buy the same brand again because the plastic is too brittle. Just by the feal of it you understand it can snap easily. I have to be very careful cleaning it.
