Summer!!  lol lol I always laugh when people (those who work inside, mostly) think the weather is going to improve after Christmas / new year. January and particularly February are horrible months, 21 Christmases outdoors has led me to expect nothing else. Those who expect better weather in the early new year seem particularly shocked when it gets bad.
