I know its not a V strom but I joined this club as its the closest I could find and got to chat with some really nice people on here.
Selling my Cagiva Navigator. it has 39000 miles on her and serviced by myself and is mechanically sound as a pound.
the previous owner ( I have owned her for 6 years) took the original headlights off and put spot lights on so it looks a bit tatty at the front but I have the original headlight.
I also have matching Givi panniers.
I want 1500 ono if interested please get in touch

Mine was surgically removed at the end of last year, he's gone to a happy home.

There is a bit of a Cagiva "do" this weekend https://www.raptorchapter.org.uk/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=5081 it might be worth either dropping a line or going along.

Yes its been a fantastic Bike and I also toured Scotland on her and was very lucky with the weather,
They are rare in the UK and part of me wants to hang on to her but the wife is very powerful

I swore blind I would never sell mine. I insured it for 12 months and never rode it, the poor thing ended up at the back of the garage with stuff piled on top. Earthcore asked me how much I wanted for it, he agreed and the deal was done.

Yes I agree with you, I would love it to go to someone who really likes them... I've had several offers of 1000 as my wife put it on face book, maybe my love for it has put 500 on top

It is a shame it is bug eyed I agree I does spoil the look of the front end. But a nice looking bike good luck with the sale

I think I've put a price on sentimental value and that engine is so sweet

That one on EBay is an older bike and does not have matching side boxes. I think you should look for your original price. I don't think bug eyes look awful ( unless it's a woman) as long as they work and the front end hasn't been butchered, you could call it an "up-grade". The average summer only leisure rider does less than 5000 miles a year and is probably going to lose £1500 on a new bike as soon as they wheel it out of the dealers. I quite like the idea of buying a cared for older bike every two years. Damn sight cheaper than buying new ones.

Hi Brockett, thank you for that comment. it really is a good solid bike and has never missed a beat but I think people don't tend to believe you nowadays.... oh dear I'm starting to sound like an old man
