Hopefully not many more posts on the 'deviation' and I will be back on CJ soon  :thumb:

Today, a quick spruce up of a well used Suzuki Top Box.

WHOA there superstar, when did you become a "vehicle paint technician"?

I am genuinely impressed. :text-bravo:

Nice work. Just what it needs to lift it up and be presentable. Looking forward to more of CJ when you're done with your deviation.

I wish to have skills like you to disassembly whatever you need. Only this stopping me to wire throttle bodies like in the picture below. I am too afraid to strip the bike. I am 99% convinced that this air leak is the suspect in my bike problem. Poping on deceleration is a signature of this issue.

Taking things apart isn't a skill, putting them back together is the trick  :smirk:

Taking the tank off of a V-Strom is really straight forward. Take your time, there is always YouTube if you need a walkthrough  :thumb:

Even I have managed to take the tank of my bike. Only once, but I did it anyway.

The deviation came with a new set of Sprockets and a DID Chain. It was well overdue a change, lots of sticking links (that may have had something to do with the layers of grease).  The last thing I will do before the MOT is change the rear pads.  :fix:

I really miss my bike lift (CJ has taken up residence). Some parts arrived today for CJ so I will get back into that soon.

Did that chain come up with the Mary Rose?

Have you decided yet whether to sell or keep CJ or the diversion deviation?
