Use a head stock padock stand or Jack and wood chok under the engine.

Load up your topbox with bricks!

Or, the sensible way, as above :icon_wink:  But seriously, an additional (stable) weight on the rear rack is a decent backup, in case a jack gets nudged in the process

You can use a bottle or other jack as long as you tie the bike so it cannot fall over sideways.  Make sure the jack is not lifting the oil filter or something similarly fragile.
This doesn't last forever, so do it while you can.

As above, centre stand and jack under the engine. It also helps to put the centre stand on 25mm wood to help give extra clearance for the front mudguard. Also if you're leaving the bike jacked up you may wish to support the bike with an axle stand (I use one with some wood to the crashbars)

Or just install an electric winch in your garage rafters:

Maybe a bit much for the occasional wheel removal....

Bricks under the front stand.
