New DL650 & DL1000 04-12 Heel / Frame Protectors

I make these custom guards to protect the anodise coating on the frame around the heel area on both sides. These allow easy access to the swing arm pivot, caps can be removed (via small recess for flat head screwdriver) without the need to remove the protectors.

These come with an engraved 'V-Strom' logo (customised engravings possible upon request). They come as standard in matt black, however I can make these in a variety of matt or gloss colours (red, yellow, white etc.), please just ask for details if interested. I also supply them with 3M double sided foam tape for quick and easy installation.

I am selling them here to fellow members for a discounted sum of £12 + recorded postage.

Hi - These look great - Can they be in silver to match the early frame colour ?

There are a range of colours available (please see image below).

I can purchase these colours to make custom protectors, however I don't think any will match the silver frame. If your frame is unmarked then you could go clear, either frosted or transparent in which case a perfect match

The standard matt black (midnight black) is probably still your best bet, but options are there if you're interested. I can do completely clear versions for the same cost as the matt black, but unfortunately the other colour options would incur a £10 surcharge as I can't stock everything

I am working on a club logo version, it's a bit tricky with the engraving software but as soon as I have it cracked I will post photos here
