This is an old project I had to fit a 04-06 exhaust to an 2007 model I had. It was all abandoned when a bunch of weed smoking teenies in a car knocked me off. After lying for a couple of years the bike was fixed and sold. There should be some history and pics in my old posts.
I have always doubted that the system, although it states that it is for an 04-06, would actually fit that model. It would have needed sleeving to fit the 07 rear head flange outlet, and as far as I'm aware the earlier model had the same diameter at the head.
But there are many ways of making it fit. The easiest way is to cut the original pipe as per the pics in ebay and make a link pipe. Doing this on another model cost me the grand total of £30.. Either way you loose your Cat!
Anybody interested, Id do a better deal off ebay.. their fees leave me feeling like I've been raped and pillaged!
