Nice Rack..
« on: April 26, 2017, 16:28:09 »
I fancied a topbox rack for a while but hadn't seen one I liked (and thought the Givi ones were overpriced) then came across this in my local scooter shop, Beedspeed Grimsby, they're massive mail order sellers to those in Parkers and Fred Perry shirts.
It's a copy of the ones Triumph used to fit to petrol tanks, the one I bought is the lightweight version (there's another available with bigger tubing). For £30, and they threw in a free cargo net :-) I'm well pleased.

Looks rather well made, that's a useful rack...

Safer there than the original's mounting place.

Yes, they've quite a few to choose from.
The one I bought is the Sprint rack, part # HSL102101

The Heavy Duty version is similar.. but weighs more as it's made from thicker tubing, and has little 'wings' extra on the sides - https://www.beedspeed.com/lambretta-carrier-rear-sprint-rack-heavy-duty-stainless-p-1304.html?osCsid=len3o44t8gvqcqc5has6pu23j3

There's also another which has a flat plate bottom called a Sprint 3.
