Interphone Tour Intercom. Buying

£399 a pair from  UK suppliers. £329 from an Italian firm on ebay. £288 on Amazon

Anyone bought from abroad and regretted it?

It seems they control their prices very firmly in the UK.

I've got the sport version. Got them when they first came out. Brilliant intercoms. Wanted the tour but in the end went for the sport. Anyway the only down side that I could see from buying from Italy is the language on the spoken menu. The software can be upgraded and the language can be changed but you've got to understand Italian to start with? But to be honest I think it's pretty simple to do once you've got the English written instructions.

What do they do that is better than the Aldi intercoms?

Managed 6 hours of riding with minimal of charging on Weds with out problem.

Bike to bike too and they coped with line of site connection.

I got 4 days from mine. Mix of bike to bike and when I got bored listening to her some music. Mine a good for about 1 km line of site. The tour are slightly better on range and battery.
If I'm using it on my own for the daily commute I get about 4 weeks from it (radio for 1hr 30 a day)

I have a much cheaper set of intercoms that I can get to link to my phone, talk to my pillion, get stuff from the satnav and talk to another bike.  Cost me €56 a pair two years ago.  But the newer ones link to 3 other riders, have fm radio, have vox commands and are much more functional.

But, another £300 more functional???

We are going to Spain with another couple later in the year so a four way intercom would be useful, but if I think about it, not at that price.
