I would imagine the rubber pipes are OK, as you did not say you had a leak. It depends how handy you are, if it was me, I would remove them (after draining oil of course) and refurb the end metal bits, silver or black paint after removing corrosion, then re install again. You could try and do them whilst still on the bike, but would be difficult to get all the corrosion off.
Because I am a tight old git, if its working, why replace when you can tidy things up.
Failing that, somewhere that makes rubber hydro pipes, the sort used on tractors or diggers may be able to make up a set, but they would need the old ones as a patten, and if you have to take them off anyway, back to top of reply
