Wheelie around the TT Course
« on: August 21, 2016, 16:02:03 »
Dougie Lampkin is going to try to Wheelie all the way around the TT Course in September.

That's a challenge and a half. Will he make it?

(Probably easier than trying to do a stoppie all the way round)

A teacher tried this years ago an a Kawasaki trail bike with an electric motor turning the front wheel for gyroscopic purposes. Didn't make it, but I seem to remember he did a fair old distance.

Didn't Dave Taylor the Wheelie King try it in the '70s too?
