I've had a pretty similar experience with them.

there's plenty more hose suppliers to choose from, so I avoid from now on...

Shocking attitude.... definitely one to avoid....

It seems you are not the only one who has had a bad experience with them.

I suppose it was inevitable but these are too short. No matter how they are routed the left side is binding on full lock. I'm sure Wezmoto will claim that there are 50,000 V-Stroms fitted with these and mine is somehow bespoke  :dl_smiley_banghead:

You still got the 18" apehangers and 10" risers on, then?

Keep us informed of the return / refund process. Should be interesting.

What a tosser this Wezmoto bloke is.
Don't he know who he's messing with!

By contrast the standard length Goodridge lines I had on my wee had enough length in them to comfortably allow for 25mm bar raisers.

Well, the custom hose I ordered from Furore arrived and is exactly what I ordered. No gobby teenager remarks or hassle - wonder who I'll go with next time...

Having received my returns request through eBay, Wezmoto refunded me.

You probably think there would be an apology for the inconvenience or maybe a request from him for me to measure the lines so he could work out what went wrong?

No, default tosser mode.
Really. 200 kits or more sold for the same bike and YOURS don't fit. Put them in the bin I will refund you."

My motivational message to him.

Mate, how the hell do you stay in business? Instead of puffing your little chest out and having a tantrum, how about an apology for the inconvenience you have caused?

Also, I thought you might have wanted me to measure them for you or perhaps take some pictures so you can see what has gone wrong, if not for your benefit then perhaps for the next unfortunate soul who buys your wares.

You truly are an amateur.

A few months ago I wanted to buy a bigger bike. I rode 50 miles in roadworks and rain. The shop was the cheapest for a new bike. But the bloke had a really bad attitude. Did not want to engage me in any kind of bike talk. He only wanted to throw numbers at me. Called my bike tatty to justify an insulting part ex value. I left there wondering how he is still operating. I have since visited other fantastic showrooms and I now would rather pay more for respectful and genuine service. Thank you for platforms like these that expose such del boy businessmen

Wow , this bloke really knows about customer service .  :angry-tappingfoot:

Have you sorted another set of lines yet Andy? If not I could make you up a goodridge set , custom to your measurements.
They would be normal mild steal Banjos and I could even shrink wrap the lines black for you.

OK, I did not have a problem, but there again, mine were not out of stock, so no communication.

More to the point, did you get the items ?, and did they fit ?, did you ask for 25mm extra ?

E Bay's not bad, its some of the people that use it makes it bad.

eBay's great, I do at least half of my shopping there, but I have NEVER come across such a tosser, what an absolute arsehat!  I've had my share of bogus dealers,rip-off merchants and non-communicative idiots, but active sarcasm from a seller? What a wanker!

Forget forum privileges and the like, what about basic effing manners? - how is the bloke still in possession of his teeth (or is he...?)

<gets grumpy head on> This one should definitively be escalated - especially if he's pissed people off on other forums too. I'd be very inclined to flag it with eBay and send them links to any other forum threads where he'd featured...

.....And Breathe :)

Sorry, but one thing that gets me riled every time is bad manners (must be getting old...[er])

eBay doesn't give a shit, so long as it gets paid.

Wezmoto has a consistent approach to Customer Service, his approach does seem to be that the customer is always wrong! Have a look at his negative feedback and notice how HE is always being robbed
