A seemingly silly question for any L4 model owners that have got the Givi PLR3105 pannier racks fitted to their bikes :-

How much clearance between the bottom rail and the top of the standard exhaust?

The reason for my seemingly random question - I have got some Peli cases convered into panniers, and have made up mounting plates that bolt directly onto the standard Givi mounting points. The Peli cases are quite deep, so I'd like to know how much space below the lower rail before the upper surface of the standard exhaust is reached.

I can always knock up some more mounting plates with the case mounting points located further up the face of the plate, but I'd like to know for sure before I dive into purchasing some Givi pannier racks.
