  As the engine in the V Strom has been tried and very well tested for years now I was wondering who on this group has the most mileage on their V Strom.

Not me but trying.  Bought three weeks ago - six years old with just under 7,500 miles on the clock.  I've added a further thousand plus already.

Mine is low mileage compared to some, just on 40,000.
There's one on e bay with 72,000, and they are asking £2500. It would seem the price of the first Wee's has gone up some of late, perhaps its due to summer aproaching.

I sold my K7 Wee with 77,000 miles on it. The second owner passed 113,000 miles last year and I haven't become a recent update. A Canadian Wee I know of has 156,000 miles on it. A somewhat famous K3 Vee in the USA is approaching 400,000 miles.
