I can get 200 miles roughly, a bit more if really gentle, less I  my normal riding.

Yours will improve as it loosens up. :)

Don't know offhand but I think, pretty sure, that it's in the manual.

I can get up to 200 but generally spirited riding doesn't shoo more than 160 or so

Once it starts flashing I think about 35 miles left but that is from memory,  and relying on the on board computer, so take it with a pinch of salt.

From my house to Tallpaul is 240 miles ... I can do that on a full tank with motorway riding ... I fill up 5 minutes before his house and the last bar is flashing. .. I normally stick to 70mph on the motorway and get 70 mpg + on my display.

I'm good for 65 mpg and over 230 miles fully laden when touring.  Pic shows just filled up before resetting trip.

I did manage 220 miles on a tank with gentle riding, seems like 70mph is good, much over and fuel consumption drops away hard.

Not crying exactly.

Apparently I was rocking backwards and forwards whispering, nooo, nooo, can't be true when I was found.
To be happy, I don't need private helicopters,a Florida house or a yacht. I'm fine with my motorcycle,a trip to a forest in Bavaria and some lunch money.

Best I have had was 79mpg ( kept looking in tank as I thought the gauge was effed) worst around 50mpg with a little bit of spirited riding

When someone asked me about the fuel consumption of the Wee and Glee's you can easily break it down.

k4-k6 = 50-55mpg
k7-L1= 55-60mpg
L2> = 60-65mpg

this is due to different ECU's with different fueling maps.
My K6 had a 16bit ECU that had a more basic map and was set for the restrictions on emissions at that time. K7 came and got a 32bit ECU with a more complex map and riding the same way as a K4-6 on the same route under the same conditions the K7 would get marginally better MPG.
The Glee's then got an updated map that presumably will be to meet Euro 4 emissions as Suzuki seem to be making no plans to end the V-Strom 650 like other manufactures are doing with many of their bikes. (look at Triumph with the new 900 Bonnie)

All of the 650cc bikes regardless of year should be able to comfortable get 200 miles to the tank.
I regularly fueled up around the 170-180 mile mark. That's not to say there wasn't loads of fuel left to get me well past 200 miles, but I didn't want to run the fuel level down as the fuel pump is in the tank and is cooled by the fuel in the tank.
The Glee's tanks lost 2ltr of capacity, but with the better mpg would still get more range from a full tank than my K6.

It's all come down to how you ride it anyway.
I'd rather have a few more smiles and less miles, but saying that my 53.4mpg over 60k miles on the K6 is a good average considering I did a lot of short commuting and town riding.
My Varadero (thirsty beast) gets 200 miles to the 25ltr tank without much effort, but returns around 43mpg, which is quite good when you take into account the origins of the engine -big valves for power, not so great for fuel economy.

The best mpg I ever achieved on the K6 Wee was 68mpg, riding the full length of the M4 at 70mph, solo with no luggage. I was board to tears, but when I fuelled up at 228 miles I still had 2 bars lit on the dash.

Good summary, however, ride a glee with vigour and you are sub 50s mpg!

Is it me or dose the mpg on the clock do your heads in as I find myself looking at it all the time and adjusting throttle to get better mpg ✊

Yeah. I do this. All good intentions at the "beginning" of the tank and it kind of rolls off as the miles go on, never been below mid mid to low 50's though. I think......

I sat at around 100mph on my Glee with full lugage etc and emptied it in 140miles. I was worried it a fuel leak but the economy just falls of a cliff!
Fully loaded B roads touring I commonly get 180 miles before filling. My mates Tenere is really annoying as it struggles to make 150 before knocking.

I am still hoping mine will improve with more use. We're still new to each other at 2800miles.
