Which colour? Without knowing I'd guess Halfords or RS paint http://www.rsbikepaint.com/en-gb/colours.php depending on what you're painting...

RS or specialist bike paint suppliers are expensive.
Some Halfords used to mix limited colours, not sure if they still do, failing that  local auto paint suppliers normally mix paint for aerosols & touch up sticks if you give them your paint code or may match a colour.

Car paint suppliers often don't have the recipes for bike colours: it's significant extra expense for a pretty limited market as far as they go.

Not always but they can do many bike colours, it's certainly worth checking.

The colour I'm after is metallic fox orange, I only need a touch up pen, just a couple of scabby bits.

you will need your paint code, which sometimes can be found on the service book, then take that to any place that has a paint mixing system, and they will check on their computer that they can mix the colour.
I had Candy Grand Blue mixed at a local car shop, wasn't too bad, halfords can mix at certain shops

A scraped tank on my old Yamaha (OK I'll admit it , a Bulldog),  took  a specialist repair shop three months to track down the colour.

The Orange top coat was not just paint it was Orange dye in Grey paint.
This doesn't last forever, so do it while you can.
