Sportsbike Shop -very good service

Ordered some bits and pieces from Sportsbike Shop and I ordered the wrong size heated grips.
Called them up and they emailed me a post free label to send them back and sending me the correct size with no charges whatsoever.
They came really quickly too.

Yes I ordered new boots from them at lunchtime today and they emailed me at 4pm this afternoon to say they'll be delivered tomorrow with a one hour time slot. Great service  :clap:

I recently ordered a Rider 400 premium, cheapest available anywhere (that I could find anyway!), great service and timed delivery

I've tried twice to order from them .... The first was a jacket that was in stock .... but wasn't. ... I was told it would be available the week after ... waited the week and still wasn't in stock so cancelled the order ... They were very nice and apologetic. ... The second time my son ordered  the Keis heated gloves ... had an email to say they were on the way ... Over a week later my son rang them up asking where they were only to be told that they weren't dispatched as the address was invalid  (but it was correct) ... order cancelled and money refunded with no fuss ... It might be easier to ring and reserve and ride up there. Not blaming them and I would use them as the prices are competitive.

I must agree with the quality service. Ordered a Oxford Stormex cover and it arrived 2 days later. Cover half the price of local Infinity, Emails informing of slotted delivery time. Superb

Boots arrived at 10am this morning.... 22hrs after I ordered them.... and that's to Scotland which can take a bit longer sometimes. Well done SBS

Sports bike shop highly recommended I ordered gloves on Monday, they e mailed several dispatch and delivery statues updates and gloves arrived Wednesday.
can't fault the service
