Can anyone please advise if there is a table of torque values for bolts. I am about to take my wheels off to swap OEM Bridgestones for Continental TKC 70s and would appreciate axle bolt/nut torques front and rear.

There have been problems with rear axle nuts across the entire model line. Stainless steel nuts on SS axles tends to gall or cold weld. What works is to apply anti seize to the threads and reduce the torque to 80% of the spec to make up for the lubrication effect. There have been zero problems reported using anti seize and 80Nm or 58lb-ft while dry installations to spec gets reports of problems.
