Ravetech components
« on: December 30, 2015, 20:38:07 »
Hi all,

Don't know if anyone on this site has ever used these blokes http://ravetechmotorcycles.com/store/en/  If not then you should give them a go.
I can't praise them enough especially Alan the MD. When my order for a 2014 V Strom 1000 GPS mount was cocked up ie he sent me one for the 650 model, he could not have been more apologetic and immediately sent me the correct order the very next week. Don't be put off that these blokes are based in Thailand, the postal service was second to none and considering he's on the other side of the world my parts came in good time. I've'e seen him advertise on ebay and like I say don't be put off by his location.

On the upside I now have a V strom  Model  DL650MGPS mount that he insisted I keep for my troubles for sale if anyone is interested. At first I thought a mate of mine would like it but he's sold his bike. Message me if anyone is interested before it goes on ebay.

Happy new year  :lala:

Another thumbs up for Ravetech. I've also had a GPS mount and a rear brake reservoir cover, both are excellent quality and arrived very quickly.

Hello all

Can anyone tell me how long the delivery took?

I've  ordered a satnav mount 10 days ago but the tracking stopped working the day after the order and I've had no reply from email

Cheers

PM sent. When using the postal service it is normal for tracking to stop once it leaves the senders country and restarts once officially logged as received in the destination country.

Received the pm cheers,

Satnav holder took about 2 weeks to come, not sure why the tracking stopped but fitted to the bike now and looks great with my gopro and phone on it cheers  :thumb:

Only trouble is now it looks lonely and needs a radguard in the future
