Used to have to strip the callipers on the wee every 4-6 months when the seals had popped.
I then striped them. Used Suzuki seals, original pisons and red rubber grease.
I got the dremel out with a nylon brush and cleaned the seal recesses with old brake fluid. Then a liberal coating or grease in the recesses and seals. Re-assembled, bled and all was good.
Every 6 months there after I would pop the calipers off the mounts and clean the exposed pistons and outer bit of dust seal with old brake fluid and a toothbrush and didn't have issues for the last three years and 40k miles of it's life.
