Going to France in a few weeks so have decided to give the vee a service
is semi synthetic or fully synthetic best & also is it worth fitting a K&N air filter?

I've just put fully synthetique oil in my Glee. Supermarket 15 40W oil.

If you change it often enough, 5k kms (3.5K miles) it won't matter.  :grin:
