Here is how I do it on a Chromebook ( different devices may be different , but anything running the chrome browser should be near it
)
Select your vid
alt+right click
Select copy URL
In the text of the post ctrl +v to insert the vid
It doesn't always work, for some reason, maybe the vid doesn't allow it, but mostly does.
