George Michael. There was a programme followed by a London concert on TV last night and I watched both. I can't get enough of his music. What a fantastic artist. I hate to admit it but when he sang with Queen at a tribute to Freddie concert he  was better than Freddie, I never thought I would say that.

I know both of these great performers were gay, I'm not, not that it matters. Some of the nicest people I've known or met are gay.  :thumb:

Slothrust pt 1/2.  She used to come on as a support at metal gigs on her own playing the twiddly start to this ,to boos, then the rest of the band came on and did this and the crowd didn't know what to do lol

I like a bit of Latin influence.
Forro in the dark. Forro is a genre all to itself based on story telling and percusian lead.

At primary school in the early 70's we listened to classical music at assembly every day.LPs on a "one box" record player. An attempt to calm the hordes I think.Well it certainly worked ,for me it was the best part of the school day and stays with me now.The big symphonic works were my favourites.
Though apart from R4 I have not listened to any radio in maybe 20+ years, since I got the internet really.I occasionally have to do work at other boatyards all over the country and suffer a various choice of "music"stations.Even after 5/10 years since last listening the playlist is the same!!!! and it wasn't much cop back then.

Old time relijun, live.Hard to find good recordings on the tube so apologies for the quality, but. This was following a conversation about mental front men and Antonio fits the bill. They are not a band ,so he says, they are performance artists who also do music????

Now I know I'm getting old. The above just sounded like noise to me. Ouch! My hearing aids have blown.
