How did they get away with this for so long on National radio?
Pure nonsense but listening to these blokes brightened up the daily grind in the late 1990's early 2000's.

Mustn't grumble.

The backbone of any evening garage session in the 90's for me. Garage as in the place of faffing not the music genre.
To be happy, I don't need private helicopters,a Florida house or a yacht. I'm fine with my motorcycle,a trip to a forest in Bavaria and some lunch money.

Give it a minute then watch and listen to some brilliant acoustic guitar picking/ plectrum. Around about 0:46

That's not good news for any living musicians who you don't like very much.

Showing your age and maybe a lack of respect?

Er, no. Just saying I never liked their " musical" efforts, and won't dive into saccharine sycophancy due to their inevitable demise. Respect has to be earned. These individuals never earned mine. Purely personal .
Inevitable as in universally inevitable.

For some reason (2 toddlers and no more then 3 hours uninterrupted sleep in 1 go for almost 4 years) I'd forgotten that Meat Loaf died this year until I saw the years obituaries, so listening to Bat out of Hell

Last few weeks we've been listening to a few albums from British Lion. (bassist is Steve Harris from Iron Maiden)

Went to their gig in Swansea's Sin City on the 13th Jan, good show, pity about the acoustics being as crap as every in the concrete box they use for gigs.
great atmosphere.

Not my video

A.V. Undercover is a treasure trove of live cover versions.
Sloan have somehow managed to improve Gary Numan's 'Cars'- hat tip to a reincarnated Keith Moon on kit!

I really enjoyed that, the vocalist has a sound hint of Michael Stipe about him.
