I am listening to a gentleman in the far east who works for Virgin in an attempt to switch from one contract to another. The phone connection is grim and it sounds like he has a broken jaw and is speaking at great speed from the bottom of a deep well. My current unlimited minutes, texts and data for £25 per month is about to increase to £28 and so I want to reduce it £12 and they want to do a full credit check before I can switch to a LOWER tarrif.
