I just head a copy of "The Sound of Silence" but done by Disturbed (who are a US Heavy Metal Band). It was a bit like when Korn (another Heavy Metal Band) Covered Pink Floyd and Cameo.

It was very different! I liked it  :)

Like a bit of Disturbed me.

Atm however, I've been listening to Queen - The Greatest Hits I, II and III.

All started as I've been watching the Highlander films this week.

Average White Band. I just dug out their "white Album" and transferred the LP to my PC and made a CD for the car. I'd forgotten just how much I like them. And me being a Rockabilly and blues type person too.

For Brockett, the entire album just gets stuck solid in my brain. I'm not sure there's enough room...

"Song of Bernadette" by Jennifer Warnes. Written by her and Leonard Cohen. Very beautiful song.

Good taste Mr Rat. I've just finished listening to The Gift whilst faffing in the garage. Epic.

The soundtrack to 'Peaky Blinders' on Spotify  :)

I hope its only the music? Gunfire, multiple games of canalside hide-the-sausage and   an advanced course in Gangsta Brummie doesn't sound  too relaxing.

As the news of Rick Parfitt's death filters through my head I had to listen to one of my fave tracks from my youth.

Eagles' Hotel California with a slight Middle Eastern / Arabic influence (ever so slight) but absolutely lovely.

Brilliant
