The banggood lights was easy to disable the 3 modes. The circuit board in mine was labeled as tw-713h-v4 and I just removed the whole IC labeled U2. Now I just have high beam. I can post after photos if anyone needs them.

Got it (partially) installed, it took me longer to find the connector it than it did to wire it in :-O

Needed to push pull wiggle the existing wiring. Also had to remove the reservoir briefly to give me enough room. Anyway, Sat Nav installed - I don't really like the wiring route (I've'e got a Cymarc bracket so the Garmin is above the instruments) so wire trailing down on the R/H side, not elegant but functional!!

Anyway, spotlights over the next couple of days and maybe red led bullets to 'use' the last connection on the fuse box.

ps the Sat Nav worked fine..... after I remembered to install the 2nd fuze - Doh !!

Buggeration!!! Whilst installing the fuse box I musta disturbed the wiring of my (dealer installed) cig charge socket wiring!!! Its always been a bit 'flaky' and I've'e had to fiddle to get the plug connected properly (usually mini tyre inflater.) Its also in a rather inconvenient place - so as I have already drilled the top plastic panel for the spot light switch, I think I'll pull it and replace and re-locate the/a socket to the panel.

Still v happy with fuse box though and all acc's fully functional :-)

I know this is prob now in the wrong thread...but the cheapo eBbay spots I added draw too much current cos there's not enough ummmph to power the heated grips if the spots are on!!!!

Dealer installed Suzuki oem when I bought the bike (Oct 2011, 2012 model). However.... I suspect that (like the cig charger socket) they might NOT be Suzuki!!!
lights were 'cheapish' £35. "Universal Fog / Spot Lights Ideal For Kawasaki GTR 1400 / KLE 650 / 1000 Versys".
to be honest - they are obviously from China, horrible mounting brackets, and I stripped one thread on the body, and I hardly did the nut up!! Also they are very big, so I had already bought some replacement LED spots from BikeVis in anticipation....

Hi all, how do I go about getting one of these aux fuse boxes. do I just pm bigpie, or just wait and hope he see's this post, still new to the site so unsure how to do things in manner that does not pee people off. Yes I am crap with electrics I will end up like this

Hi, I don't have any at the minute. I was hoping to make some more before Xmas but I'm a bit snowed under with work at the moment.

Just to let you know... swapped my cheapo fleabay spotlights for some BikeVis LED spots, they work fine AND I can have the heated grips on at same time.

Also added some BikeVis rear red bullets to the third feed from the fusebox. All works hunky dory, so very pleased with the fuse box. Happy days.
