New tyres

hello all. My rear tyre is down to 1.9mm (tread depth) so I guess its time to think about new tyres. I still have abit more life in my front (atleast 1000 miles). Is there a problem changing the rear only then doing the front in 3-4 months time?

Not if you are doing a similar tyre.

I always get two rears for each front, so the rear is replaced with the front half worn.
