Wiring/cable-tie query

Looking over my  Glee yesterday I found wires around the headstock/ign etc cable-tied in a very tight fashion.

I've had a couple of previous bikes that had known problems with breaking wires due to normal movement of handlebars flexing the wires and over-tight ties.

I'm going to change mine but wondered if anyone has had a problem with this ?

Not those, but the ones behind the clocks that have the white connector are so tight I can barely get my hand in to plug / unplug it. I had to take all the ties off and redo them to give me a bit of wriggle room.
