Looks fantastic, especially in red, but at £9,999 is a no go from me.

If you can't ride them they are not real. Just another bloody tease.

hmmm... I'd been completely ignoring them as a 'owning' prospect, but...

I think I'll have to find a test ride at some point. Not this year, and probably not next, but...

Actually decided I don't mind the looks too much in white... they're growing on me. Wouldn't buy from new right away as you pay the new model premium... but perhaps one day when the prices drop.

I was about to say - I see they are still using the cheap mirrors eh!

I quite like it. Had a VIP (as if) invite to the launch at my dealers in the post today. I think I'll go. Could see a purchase of the build quality was good. Otherwise it's an r1200gs for me next year.

I'm like the stock mirrors... yes I get buffeting but the dinner plate size does give me a big wide view.

I'm not even going to get started with the r1200gs post... :angry-tappingfoot:

Have you tried the Aprilia mirrors mr_diver? I find they give me a better horizontal view, but less of a vertical view.

yeah - I found the aprilia mirrors a significant upgrade to be honest - the view seems more appropriate - more widescreen - I like them better.

Aprilia mirrors were a good improvement on my Vee.

As for the new Vees, the styling doesn't do much for me to be honest. Looking at the vid, the only thing that's really interesting me is the tiny possibility that one of those boxes in that warehouse contains a brand new old stock RM250... the last bike since the Vee that Suzuki shouldn't have stopped making.

Watched the vid 3 times . I started to dislike the beak looking at all the pics , but I now like it as your can see it at different angles , looks quite stylish ..

Mr Suzuki,

We liked having twin headlights, we don't like beaks copied from other marques for the sake of it. We don't want to pay over £9K and we want you to tell us what the service interval is.

I am surprised to keep reading about the mirrors and changing them to Aprilla's. It must all depend on how big  (tall) the ride is etc as I have done over 10.K miles on mine and I have no buffeting problems.

 :)
