Personally, I think it looks a bit too 'confused' for my liking...
I think there are two ways you can go with adventure bike styling... you can go the Triumph route and make it look like it has just ridden out of a nuclear holocaust, or you can go the Aprilia route and try to make it look as sporty as possible to try and disguise its bulk.
I don't think Suzuki did either... the panels and colours make it look like they're trying to make it look soft, plush, high quality but the beak makes it look like they're trying to make it look like its ready for adventure. It doesn't seem to know whether it's a plush, civilised tourer or a rugged adventure bike.
Basically, I think if you're going to go for ugly go all the way ugly (like Triumph did, and it works) and if you're going to go plush and sporty go all the way in that direction too.
