Lowering link tech question

So after reading that the lowering links from a wee will fit the glee I ordered some from ebay. They've arrived and indeed look as if they will fit but the centres on the dogbones sent (for a 25mm drop) are 145mm, exactly the same as what I have on? I'm just checking, is this standard or do I inadvertently already have a lowered glee?

Standard is 140mm. 145mm would cause about a 14mm drop which would be very odd.

I've just been out to the garage to double check, the originals do indeed have 140mm centres and the replacements 145mm centres.

Right around 149mm.

That's great, thanks Greywolf, Would you advise dropping the front forks too in order to keep the handling something like it is at the moment?

The Glee has a very nice handling setup. I prefer keeping the front to rear relationship by lowering both ends the same amount. There is about a 21mm maximum on the front before the fork legs can crash into the triple clamp though.

Just a quick update, links on, front forks dropped, preload back to neutral, I can get my foot flat on the floor! handles a treat too
