Jack up links

Does anyone know if there are 20/25mm jack up links available for the new Glee ? I haven't got the thing yet but I know I want it raised at the rear !

All Stroms use the same links. Stock links are 140mm between hole centers. Every 1mm shorter will raise the seat height about 2.8mm. Lots of people here have had good luck with Richland Ricks fork braces, footpeg lowering kits, etc. so I'll link to these. http://www.adventuretech.biz/raising-an ... links.html
Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. 2012 DL650A outlasted me.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 (K2-L2) DL1000s. Veek=2014+ (L4+) DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 (K4-L1) DL650s. Glee = 2012+ (L2+) DL650s

Cheers Greywolf. I suspected they were all the same links but I wasn't 100% sure. I'll drop the forks 10mm whilst I'm on too as I like the bike to turn really fast  :thumb:

The Glee already has a longer shock than the Wee that makes the front a little steeper despite the published specs. Raising the rear and lowering the front may be a little much but it can be fun to try.

Sadly, being a bit of a pie monster I'll not get the full benefit of the raised rear, but it will be fun to tinker on.

Perhaps the Glee is not the right bike if you're having to do all of that to it?

There's a difference between 'have to' and 'want to' :)

I got a set of Soupy's adjustable links. An expensive option, but can be useful.

I man on my wavelength  :thumb:

I've gone for a set of +25 mm links (unadjustable) I can always crank the preload up if I need a bit more ! I have to say they are a cracking idea those adjustable types, especially for those of us who like to tinker.
