Me too!

Bike is still poorly, they're looking to collect it next week now. They want it resolved by 11th.

On another note, got an email from Suzuki asking for feedback on my service...

Hehe, spend some time on the feedback, you want to come across as a very angry customer with a very large audience that still has a problem. Pile the facts and the inconsistencies on them :thumb:

Bike still not collected... Was beginning to wonder if I was imagining the problem as it seemed less noticeable but am wondering if I'm starting to get used to it? however leaving work tonight it was running really really rough, almost as though it was in too high a gear and really lumpy/juddery. Wonder if it'll ever get picked up/fixed?

Will fill out the feedback on a computer rather than my mobile (how I usually post) to I can give thorough feedback...

Oh, I also discovered they've not put back the two bolts that hold the radiator panel on at the sides I.e. the one's that live under the white side panel at the front... Allows the panels to move quite a bit. Really annoyed about this as they must've realised they'd forgot to put them in when there was two bolts left over and must've thought 'sod it, can't be arsed'? They also still didn't clip the black panel to the white side panel properly even after I'd sent them a picture of it after the service. I could have forgiven that until I discovered the missing bolts...

No, the general manager is off for a week and never picked it up before going. I offered to drop it off but they've been loaning their demo Glee out to other customers whose bikes they're servicing (they can't have mine til the demo Glee is back...?)

I've got their managing director's email so I think I might flag this up to him. Also going to complete Suzuki's feedback email tonight too.

You are more patient than I'd be. The shop window-motorcycle interface would have been tested by now!

Don't spare Suzukis blushes.

Shiyt I would have been standing outside with a can of unleaded and a box of matches until they fixed my bike.

Suzuki need to now about the dealers crap service.

Time you shared that MD's EMAIL address on here, so we can all drop him a note on how we won't use his service centres again unless this is resolved.

I'd just sign him up on every porn email list I could find, but that's just me :)

I'd like to congratulate you on your restraint. I would probably have done something silly and been arrested by now.

I got a letter from Suzuki today which basically states they contacted Malcolm (head of service department) at Colin Appleyards in Keighley and discussed my feedback. Malcolm stated they cannot replicate the symptoms I'm describing and so they are currently arranging to test ride my bike against another DL650. Suzuki trusts Colin Appleyards (Keighley) will be in touch soon.

I wish I shared Suzuki's trust!

Let's see if anyone else on here shares Suzuki's trust.

Nope. There are people on here that spanner in their spare time for fun and do a better job than what's been done on your bike.

Did you send them to this thread?

Oh, no mention of the missing bolts, state bike was returned to me after the service nor the pricing issues I mentioned...
