Front and rear to max and give the rebound on the rear a wee turn (to +) if it is a bit bouncy. That's what I have and I am around 13st. In all fairness I can't tell any difference if preload is set differently, the damping can be fairly noticable if set too fast with weight on though, you get a bit of a pogo on. I am not good enough on a bike to notice fine settings however, so someone else may say different. In fact I find it hard to tell when there is oil in the forks other than when it stops leaking I know it is empty.
