Further to Mr Rat's valiant effort with foil lining his indicators (and being less than impressed with the results) I have gone for the exceedingly simple solution of using Mr Kipling's pie tray foils as reflectors. Same thing, can you guess which one has the foil fitted...

Hopefully the one on the right. If not, then it's made them worse.

(I thought you weren't eating pies any more)

Correct! As to the matter of the pies, no I didn't eat them. My dad did the honours. My body is a temple...

My body used to be a temple, now it's a carpet warehouse.
To be happy, I don't need private helicopters,a Florida house or a yacht. I'm fine with my motorcycle,a trip to a forest in Bavaria and some lunch money.

Ah, liking the pie tray upgrade (I like pies  :eusa-doh:) , seems much easier than smashing a BA10 bulb up and soldering a LED bulb to the top of it !!

My recent escapades

New sockets and chain (nice gold one to match foxy red plastics)
25mm lowering links (sheradised matching the chain  :) )and dropped the front forks by 12mm
Cleaned out the airbox / crankcase breather mesh / foamy stuff )oil doesn't seem to be foaming in the sight glass quite so much now)

If anyone is interested, changing the dog bones without a centre stand is possible (add to swear box though) eventually, bottle jack under the cushion arm, panicked before dropping the first bolt out so propped the undertray up with a length of wood on a car jack, seemed to work.... precariously balanced on paddock stand, bottle jack and scissor jack !!!  :fix: :groan:

Just receive my Heed engine bars today so now have to wait till weekend  to mount them, and the extra DRLs  :thumb:

Had a cold but enjoyable run today and finally got the running in miles out the way minus the 60 to get to Ipswich.
Stayed on the main roads as generally dry but in Norfolk that still means some nice bends and found that the Glee likes to be driven around the bends with a bit of a firmer hand than the Bandit.
Service to be arranged as soon as possible and then hopefully a great 2016.

Washed it with a snow lance (inspired by the video Diver posted earlier today) and ordered a 12V socket to make the optimate connection a bit easier than it currently is.

The purpose of cleaning it was to go for a ride tomorrow, where I will get it dirty and have to wash it again

Took a 100+ mile figure of eight B-Road route to Reading and back. Today's excuse for a ride was the need to road test my new helmet to make sure it was OK. So much simpler to have an internal visor and not worry about whether you want sunglasses on or not.

As I suspected last night, my shiny bike is now absolutely plastered, as were my boots and trousers. So, back to the snow lance over the weekend.

Picked up my bike today from dealer. Had an hours ride in the wind and rain. The rukka clothing kept me bone dry and toasty. Going for another bimble in the morning as forecast is dry!!!
Crazy, but that's how it goes
Millions of people living as foes
Maybe it's not too late
To learn how to love
And forget how to hate

Ripped off the cheap Chinese spots as one of them has packed in. I might just bin them.

I'm annoyed as my Chinese BT Interphone intercoms has stopped charging this week too. I listened to the radio on the way to work, I'll have to go back to the hola f, but that doesn't have FM radio and cannot pair to my mates BT Interphone 1000m :(
