Picked up my new bike today
« on: November 26, 2011, 15:24:48 »
Hi All
Picked up my lovely new Wee today. I have to say it has totally exceeded all of my expectations. It really does seem to live up to its well earned reputation. Put 100 miles on the clock already and even though the weather isn't that great it was one of the best 100 miles I've ever ridden.

Hope the pic uploads

Looks good Phil, the white really suits the bike. Enjoy the new toy  :thumb:

Fantastic colour choice, any vibes at just below 5000 rpm?

No vibes whatsoever, although I can only take it up to 5000 rpm but cruising along today at around 5000 it was perfect. To be honest its much smoother than my Fazer was which surprised me for a v twin over an inline four

Congratulations phil - it looks much better in white than the old wee does somehow...  :thumb:

The secret is in the 90 degree angle of the V-twin (also why it is less commonly known as a L-twin.)
