More Anakee's
« on: May 14, 2011, 21:40:00 »
Got Anakee's fitted today , was not sure if I was going for Bridgestones but after reading all comments and reviews from the forum decided to go for Anakee's. Sorced them from http://www.tyretectrading.com/store/vie ... roduct=952 £175 next day delivery then took them to Scott Murrys in Dunfermline for fitting £25 if I took the wheels in or £35 if wheels still on bike, went for easy option £35
will try to get some miles on them tommorow

How are you finding the Anakee's, assuming you've managed to get a decent run? That web site has really good prices and I reckon that I will use them, once I've managed to source a tyre fitter in the West/Glasgow area. :thumb:
I can’t go back, I won’t go back
I’d love to go back but I mustn’t do that

Not had much of a run yet commute to work and small run up to Stirling on sunday. They are taking a bit of geting use to as old tyres were down to wear indicators  and squared off. Hope to get on a run up Loch Gillphead way at the end of the month. most bike shops will fit them Victor Devines in Glasgow may be an option don't now how close that is to you.
